• For court matters, we can connect you with an independent panel advocate.
• We do not take payment for challans on this website.

• You consent to ChallanHelp storing the details you share with us — your name, WhatsApp number and vehicle registration numbers — together with the challan details found for your vehicles.
• You permit ChallanHelp, its support staff and its panel advocates to contact you by WhatsApp or phone in relation to your challans.
• You can withdraw this consent at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 92058 98600.

3. Information accuracy

Challan details come from third-party sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Please verify them on the official portal before relying on them.

4. No guarantee

ChallanHelp is an independent platform, not a government body, and does not practise law. The handling of any court matter is decided by the advocate and the court, and we do not guarantee any outcome or amount.

5. Your responsibilities

• Only look up vehicles you own or are authorised to act for.
• Provide accurate information.
• Do not misuse the service.
